what does it means black bitcoin, in my view i think the bitcoins which got seized in the name of silk route from the users , he is telling about them.

converting to black money to bitcoin is the real concept of creating the Bitcoin by silk routes actually known as drug dealers and terrorist. but when it came to fully known by world it become famous as currency.
