The current rate is $25 a coin on that website (and it does sell within an hour or 2) and it is invite only at the moment so im offering to sell anybody an invite for 0.1 BTC just PM me your email and ill get you set up

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.
