Sportsbet and nitrogensport can't be even compared because nitrogensport doesn't have the same set of rules that sportsbet has that changes the sphere of gambling. Sportsbet is more strict and they are asking many things from the customers when there is anything suspicious and that is why they have many more complaints about them.
I think this one is a case to case basis.
Like for for me, I am using sportsbet most of the time but I have never had a bad experience with them, some goes with Nitrogen but what
I like with sportsbet is that they have more lines offered and as a gambler, we would want that.
In terms of rules, that's on personal experience, if one violated some rules, well, site has to do something about it.
It is honestly not case by case, there are literally ToS rules that are different between sportsbet and nitrogen so it does make a lot of difference if you are gambling from another country with a VPN. I would rather not deal with a lot of paper work and a lot of waiting period just to be able ot play the way I want to play. That is why I play at nitrogensports constantly, they have basically no rule other than "no double spending or shady stuff" and they keep basically not caring about anything at all, you can play and win or lose and do whatever and you will face nothing that resembles an issue.
Sportsbet literally asks your KYC more frequently, asks your ID, tells you your last play and this play was from different country IP, asks why you are withdrawing all so quickly (checking if its double spent). As a person who doesn't look out to scam sportsbooks I feel like thats too many suspicion.
