Tunisia knows what they are doing very well , it's my retard country (Algeria) near Tunisia which aint doing shit about Digital currencies or not even about payment methods like Skrill/Paypal/Credit cards etc ...
I just don't get it , you see poor countries on the south of Africa doing a lot of stuff about Bitcoin and rich countries of the worth aint doing shit
