From the GetHashing Forum:

Some of you may have already noticed that Batch3 has gone up for sale a few days ago. At the same time we've opened up our first round of hardware redemption for those of you who would like to redeem some Antminer S5's for GHX.

GHX Batch 3

With the introduction of Batch3 we'll be deploying another 500 TH of mining power backed by Antminer S7's. The new hardware will effectively reduce GHfarm's maintenance fee from $0.0013 per GH to $0.00115 upon deployment and to $0.00105 by the end of December 2015. During that time we'll continue to cycle S5's out of the farm while bringing in more hardware.

Batch 3 is priced at $4.95 / GHX and we've also added a 20 TH/s BigPack as requested by some of our members. Deployment is scheduled for the last week of October / first week of November and the hardware will be deployed at our US facility.

S5 Hardware Redemption Round 1

With the introduction of B3 we're also entering the first round of hardware redemption in accordance with the GHX asset definition and our terms of service. Members who wish to redeem some of their GHX for an S5 may now do so by placing their order via the store.

25 units have been allocated to the first round and hardware is shipped with UPS twice per week on Tuesday and Friday for orders placed at least 2 days prior to the shipping day.

Due to the nature of the hardware used in the GHX Hardware Redemption Period, which by nature is second hand hardware, GetHashing cannot guarantee the quality, cosmetic, and/or remaining life of the machine. The S5’s released for redemption have an average hashrate of 900 GH/s – 1,200 GH/s. PSU not included.

GetHashing will perform an individualized and logged “burn-out” for each requested hardware redemption machine. The “burn-out” is a unique process of removing the requested hardware redemption machine from the larger GetHashing farm network system and pointing the miner to a unique location for a period of 24-48 hours to ensure all requested hardware redemption machines are fully functional before leaving the GetHashing data center.

Important!

For every S5 redeemed 115.5 GHX must be transferred for destruction to the GHX issuing / burn address (akRxK1TsFTXBfnm1BtX9LkKZeBLtYqoyuGf) displayed during checkout. Please ensure that you add the transaction ID to your order before paying for the shipping fee!

Handling and shipping is priced at a flat fee of $45 within the United States and $60 for the rest of the world.

Inside Bitcoins.com published an article about GetHashing.

Quote
The GetHashing Cloud (GHcloud), is the first decentralized crowd mining platform. The founders and developers of this new service thought to introduce a whole new concept for cloud mining services. By introducing decentralization, they were able to go back to the original ideas presented by Satoshi Nakamoto.
