The asking price is 0.11 as written in OP, although I'd go with neotox because he offers cheaper price for member with Sr member potential, for 0.1 each.
As for the auction I'd say its the same account but OP didn't get any serious bids so he closed(not locked though) that auction

"count posts 100+" if you have some extra potential activity, your actual activity= your post count. So somewhere near 100, I don't think OP would post exact activity though, as it may be discovered by someone and Default trust can then negative rep it, considerably lowering the account price
