The adsense account could be a dangerous thing to buy due to google presence in most countries, buyer of this account will also need the phone number that was used to verified it.

If the buyer uses an IP in the same country the chance of getting the account locked is much lower.

In addition to all the above stated problems that buyers might encounter google pays with cheque and it might be difficult to cash it out.
