Thats right. Adsense is notorious for banning the account even at slightest violation of their terms and conditions.Buying adsense account is strictly prohibited by adsense. I have seen many people losing money in adsense for getting banned.

You are advise to use escrow in dealing with people that you do not have any history of business with.
