 Im having problems whit royalhash first of all they dont replay mys email , i allready sent 20emails and no one replay
 I did a deposit of 0.046btc 3 days ago and is no i my account. They are not helping me
 Could anyone help me please i think i lost this money.

Another cloud mining site? I think this thread belong here in technical support. You should put this to service discussion( I'm not sure.) Btw, I don't think investing in this site will result well. The site offers cloud mining and most cloud mining sites turns out to scam.

it seems like another cloudmining site and after many recent scams by cloudmining sites i won't surprise if they do this, most of cloudmining sites are scam

Although the site is looks professional, but don't judge book by cover. they offer hourly income and high daily return, this is natural method for ponzi scheme to attract people to invest.

I made a deposit about a week ago to try it out and it's not showing in my balance.
I wrote to the support team and got a response saying something about an attack on the blockchain. I wrote a couple of more times and didn't get a response.

Royalhash is a ponzi so don't expect them to be honest with you. They are gone with your coins. Take this one as a lesson and never invest in such cloud mining ponzi ever again.

Pro tips : Don't invest in cloud mining it's a risky investment because most of them are either scam or ponzi
If you want a legit investment you can always use that BTC to buy a bitcointalk member and sign it up to signature campaign
It's a low risk investment with good ROI

I believe that newbie account is come from royalhash staff

If he/she even give a screenshot about the WD, i think that's just from that scam site staff.
