We would like to create a large decentralized company and we are looking for ways to make it happen.

We have some ideas how to attract people but does it really motivate people to do anything? I speak about contests, affiliate program, shares or signature campaign.

As far as i can see your site is based on buy/sell digital goods, also i a designer freelancer, so i can sell my artwork for bitcoin, isn't?

Payments are made via us so file is released to the buyer after money are paid. We haven't had any problems so far.
