They have pretty good exchange rates, and seem legit. Came across them on another site recommending them.

I searched on the web address but I didn't find very much, except about 10 positive feedback from people which are actually on their site. Not very helpful.

Actually I'm thinking if I didn't find any bad posts from people they are probably alright. Kind of cautious though.

They also use LiqPay as a payment processor. I went as far as processing an order, haven't paid yet.

Anyone know anything about either of these two. Are they legit?

Looks like an ad for their website  Grin Grin Grin. Many exchangers with higher reliability. Why would you use this website ?

I am in Canada, Need to purchase 0.8 BTC with Mastercard/USD.

Oh, and this will be my first purchase so I am very cautious/nervous. lol

Any help would be appreciated.

I have done almost 50 transactions already using Belkapay, awesome user experience as the exchange is automated. Sometimes I have to wait a bit before the status is changed from paid to finished but that's not an issue for me. I can't read Russian but there's English translation available, and I definitely recommend using it. Try to do small transaction first if you want to test it out.
