The above TX needs this -> https://blockchain.info/tx/6fd7ec5139d8fa955730fe7ed50652a2bfc795716f1d73f6dc31467e8079ce40

to confirm first, but the input it uses was malleated. Thus it can never confirm, because this -> https://blockchain.info/tx/b34c5f6fc3d9ab0fc2a9b90071d041e73e961be559c42895f57504e2f67e5696

transaction already has >1000 confirmations and uses the same inputs.

If you are "exchanging.ir" you need to fix your wallet handling code, if you received the coins from them, contact support.

blockchain

Contact their support, tell them to rescan your wallet. It should fix your balance and you should have 1.3 BTC on that address available.

Hello,

Including the appropriate fee gives a transaction a higher chance of confirming faster. An unconfirmed transaction will eventually be accepted into a block by whichever mining pool mines the block, or the transaction will eventually be rejected by the bitcoin network after an estimated one to seven days. If it eventually is rejected, then the funds would remain at the bitcoin address they were sent from. The only thing you can do at this point is to wait and see if the transaction is accepted into a block. Like all wallet providers, Blockchain.info has absolutely no control over this, and cannot expedite transactions. This is always dependent upon the bitcoin network of miners, of which we are not a part of.

You can read more on how transaction confirmations work via the following link - http://blog.blockchain.com/2014/10/29/quick-bit-understanding-bitcoin-transaction-fees/. The bitcoin wiki also has a useful section on transaction fees - https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Transaction_fees. Blockchain.info does not charge users for sending transactions. These fees are collected by the mining network.

The answer has nothing to do with your issue. The TX is confirmed here -> https://blockchain.info/de/tx/b34c5f6fc3d9ab0fc2a9b90071d041e73e961be559c42895f57504e2f67e5696

Based on the information that you've given so far, I assume that you are using a bitcoin address of 15UYursaVAjR12wNmUgWFQquCCmAdF3BwE to receive bitcoins that are sent to you.

If this is correct, then you have received bitcoin transactions 2 times.

First you received 0.85 BTC from exchanging.ir at 2015-10-04 06:43 UTC.
Then you received 0.45 BTC from exchanging.ir at 2015-10-04 07:37 UTC.

This means that your wallet should have a total of 1.3 BTC right now.

If you are using blockchain.info as your wallet, and 15UYursaVAjR12wNmUgWFQquCCmAdF3BwE is your only address, and your wallet does not show 1.3 BTC available, then you need blockchain.info to help you.  They messed up, and they need to fix it.  Your only other option would be to learn how to export the private key and import it into some other bitcoin wallet.

If you are expecting to have more than 1.3 BTC, then exchanging.ir has messed up.  They only successfully sent you 1.3 BTC. You will need to contact them and tell them to fix the problem.
