This is just nothing more than speculation that it will ever get this high on it's own. Maybe if all other coins incorporate themselves into bitcoin thus eliminating them entirely do I ever see this happening.

This probably won't happen under current circumstances. But in case fiats around the world will collapse and a majority adapts to bitcoin this might be (very) slightly possible.

For 1 Bitcoin to be worth $1,000,000, the total market cap of Bitcoin would have to be $21 trillion dollars. What are the odds of this happening?
For reference, the amount of physical $dollars and coins in circulation are around $1.2 trillion. The global M2 money supply of all currencies are around $45 trillion. The market cap of all mined gold is around $7 trillion.
Will 1 Bitcoin be worth a million dollars? Half a million? Thoughts?
So many odds for bitcoin to reach $1,000,000 prices, and marketcap will never up to $21 Trilion dollars, some odds is just like bitcoin user not use bitcoin as well, they just pointed the profit without use it. and bitcoin halving also will become odds for that. It will be indeed impossible that it can reach that value because as you know you see already know that the value isnt rising so that is quite bad enough. We have to be realistic and dont dream otherwise you will be mad if the price is reducing, so just have patience and just wait and see for what will happen.

1 word, OP. Unrealistic. Really? Why? As you don't gave us any explanation why you think it is not possible I say your comment is totally useless. Any idea how money is invested in precious metals, stocks, real estate, bonds, derivates, offshore trusts etc.?? Several Trillions!!! Here you are: http://worldbitcoinnetwork.com/BitcoinPriceModel-Alpha.htmlPlay a bit with that and try to get a grasp of how much potential for growth in terms of value Bitcoin still has!! And have a look at that! --> http://money.visualcapitalist.com/all-of-the-worlds-money-and-markets-in-one-visualization/

If we could figured out the reason why and how bitcoin price reach $400+ from $0,than we can find out the way how to make it $10,000.I think mass adoption can lead to high prices

The value now around this time is not even rising so why people think that it will reach that high value or we have to be lucky and the price must jump.

it's simply impossible if you look and think about it realistically. that money must come from somewhere. maybe stocks, gold, bonds, and so on. i am already happy if we see the price reach $2000-$3000 at some point in the future.

The value of 1 bitcoin is arbitrary, because it could be divisible in many more units. However the market cap has to make sense. I personally believe it could eventually reach the market value of Gold

That's true or else we can expect maximum $10k value from bitcoin in future and that also not sure whether it can achieve it or not in future, but $1m is simply impossible.

There is no one million Dollar Bitcoin and I believe that it will never happen and especially not with in 10 years. It is just way to soon for something like that to happen. If the price was that high people would not be able to buy coins anymore.

The question is will it ever happen - will bitcoin ever exceed gold's market cap? And your point about people not being able to buy is wrong - since bitcoin is divisible to 10^8, people can still buy satoshis.

Yeah, this price is something realistic to reach $2000. When we think of $5000 itself more factors come across to block such as the adoption, market condition, legal issues, acceptance as an alternate currency, future halving.

There is no million Dollar Bitcoin and I doubt that it is ever going to exist. People keep focusing on what the future is going to bring us but we also have to pay attention to what is happening right now.

yeah this is impossible to happen, if the price value jumps we can see the price increase to $10k that too only after several years. looking the value now it is difficult to reach $1k this year.
