So I have been mining for a while and buying selling, but this is the first time it has took over a day to send btc.   the address is   ..   
19xCssUmAdm8MhjBR2eZfrmtMp2six1THn      and that is the receiving address. any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

You haven't provided enough information to help figure out what is happening.

If you sent from your wallet and you use the Bitcoin.org client, then that will show you if the transaction has confirmed.  If it shows that it has confirmed (six or more confirmations) then the problem is with the service receiving the funds.

ok I mined 2 btc off of slushs pool,  I put my silkroad wallet address in as  (  19xCssUmAdm8MhjBR2eZfrmtMp2six1THn   )  .   I chased it out yesterday and nothing has shown up yet.

Also when i run my address I see a green arrow of it coming in and a red of it leaving?!

nothing has shown up yet.    

here's that transaction then (for 2.00037414 btc), but it confirmed on the blockchain: http://blockchain.info/tx/b07827b91e064f01b4abe1c88bfc1f9115293f6e87a9979e797a1d9d29111a0d
so the problem isn't with slush and not with bitcoin as the transfer has confirmed.  so if there is a way to request support from them tell them your ewallet doesn't show the deposit.
