So what you're trying to ask if a blockchain could/would be used to audit robotic AI's in the future?  Idk if that would be possible, because of the fact that the system is run on computers... But this is real Sci Fi type of stuff, which is fun to think about, but the potential of this stuff actually coming to life in the next 20-30 years is not really possible IMO.
