As to the risk statement, I my self may not have had any risk or problem per say. But every user who took part in his program did take the risk of loosing their funds, regardless of escrow or not.

You risked not a penny, hence your risk amount is 0.
Thb, it has been often discussed, that escrows should even not leave positive trust at all, when acting in their role.
The point of using escrow that you do not have to trust the seller/other party.
And you understand, why it's not ok to get 2 independent trust ratings from 2 accounts being held by the same person over one single action?

I would also say that it is not safe to assume that the trust is for the sale of the account because of the time difference. According to zazarb the deal was on Dec 17, however according to the screenshot in the thread in meta(that will likely get moved to reputation), the trust was left ~2 weeks later on the 29th

Alright, let me rephrase it. I personally got the feeling that this trust was leaved over the sale of the account (checked both accounts posts in the 2 weeks from the sale to the feedback).
But since I can't bring up any more than my gut feeling for this I came to the conclusion posted earlier:

You are correct i did leave the feed back saying something like we did a deal and all went good, this feedback was left due to the sale of the account. The account sale was escrowed by zazarb.

If you think the feedback i left on ausbit account should be removed then just let me know and i can do that for you guys.
I really didn't think leaving trust for an account sale was such a big deal but im happy to remove it.

I am not in DT and don't own any other accounts here or any other forum that are not called bitkilo.
I have not broken any rules in ny time here and have always repaid loans and sent first on other deals, why would you consider me untrustworthy?

Is valid, i did not leave feedback on my alt account it was sold and i left feedback saying the deal went good.

Your feedback doesn't have any affect on anyone's rating, to a normal user its another retaliation feedback on the huge wave of untrusted retaliation feedbacks on their trust page.

But we didn't have a rule against other advertisers (as we have now), and I even paid him in full back then.
