Guys I need a 4 bc loan, will pay back 4.5 on the 30th. I know these 2 guys around here ( the guy with Peter licking his moob lol) who say I am a scammer. The bc will be used to buy some ram for my computer. I will definitely pay back - just give me a chance.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

I knew it was too early to ask for a loan and people would be skeptical. I am sorry for asking and I will come ack once I have earned reputation.

You haven't earned reputation yet - why are you asking for another loan?
