Edit: On miscalculation on the loan amount I needed for a digital Item, Zazarb sent me two payments

0.50 cent
1.50 USD
Repayment offered on agreement is 3.50USD in 8 days via paypal.

Edit: extension of loan was agreed and extra interest.  Repayment of 5.50 USD to happen on November 4th of 2015.

I have never seen ppl are borrowing and issuing a loan through paypal. We have no way to check the transaction records publicly. When chargebacks happened, there is no way to provide proof as well. The transactions are only based on trust.

Yes is true but I had done PP transactions here for larger amounts with other members, so I guess for 50 cents I am not a threat.
