previusly I was using a xapo script which was stealing bits and sending to unkown email so I downloaded a non fee version but that generating a bug Unable to process your request but it correctly credit to users and my balance deduct as well , has anyone  faced the same problem in past and solved it ?

could you please tell me the solution ?
