I don't know this guy, but seems like he's not " a real seller " I contacted him over Private Messege asking for some extra information regarding this ( I don't even have a PP account) He gave me an skype ID , I've googled the Skype ID I get to an account wich follows to be suspended in a forum.

Which account? Can you send us screenshots of him giving you his Skype? You're probably going to have to wait for someone to actually have problems trading with the OP to get negative trust on him (if he actually is a scammer).
