All your idea seems fair and very encouraging but i found some things quite disputable things like I estimate that the start-up costs will be approximately $4000-5000. and $3500 for the code and design

Thanks for your comments.

Well I've provided a source to show the cost of the code/design and have agreed with the person facilitating it. I don't know how that can be disputable, perhaps you mean something different?

Just an update to those who are interested I am now in contact with a legal party to ensure we are completely legally compliant.

I am also in discussion with several interested individuals regarding investment.

With all due respect; what's your stance on revealing real identity ? Not to be a sceptic, but there was a certain bitcoin/altcoin UK based exchange that
just vanished without a trace. Didn't even see people asking about them, or for their funds later on..
What protects us as investors from such possibility ?

No problem at all, I wouldn't expect any less!

Anyone who is serious about investing can PM me and I will divulge personal details.

I intend to incorporate as a UK LTD before launch which would give you a legal entity to pursue any applicable 'charges' so to speak.

I mean to say that you can get this script way less cheaper than your quoted price, there are some open source of this also.

But I think he wants to build a custom script by a coder. Costom made scripts are a way much good than pre-builds. Yeah pre-builds are much bug free than custom but if he wants to give his site a unique look then he should go with custom one

Any currently available exchange scripts are tacky to say the least. They also do not run efficiently and most likely have serious vulnerabilities.

Indeed whilst a custom script allows us to offer something different (in terms of design and functionality), it is more essential in ensuring the site is built to standard.

If you are seriously searching for investors, i doubt there will be few that will hand out 1000$ each or anywhere near that.

I suggest that you create company shares, about a 100-500 shares in total, as proportional ownership per share.
I would much sooner think that you will find 100 people that will each buy 1 share for 50$ , rather than 3 people giving 1500$ each..
Just a thought.

Thanks for the suggestion. The problem I would have with that is having multiple shareholders to answer and have obligations to.

If this process fails it's likely I'll source the extra finance through personal means or a different more professional crowdfunded method (e.g. a site like seedrs.com).
