This wouldn't work, as I only accept faucets that have a minimum payout of 1000. That means if you have two payouts like you say, the minimum payout you can recieve is less than 1000.

1000+ satoshi is not the biggest chance of winning in your case, as 99.9% is a 0 satoshi payout.

Heh...  even if 99% * 0 and 1% * 1000 doesn't work wouldn't 1% * 1, 1%  * 2, 1% * 3...... 1% * 98 and 2% * 1000 work? Since it's the highest probability compared to other outcomes...
