Check Upworks - there are a lot of good Russian freelancers able to translate. Also check this translation agency http://www.technolex-translations.com/company.html - they work rather quickly and are responsible for the quality of their work, the company I work at often hires professionals there.

Do you think that they will work for the proposed amount of Default? I doubt it. Although as advertising - is suitable.
