I am not a newbie I sent 2 payments to 2 different wallets noticed it was taken awhile so sent smaller amount to one of the wallets with max fee still would not confirm. So I sent .01 to one of my wallets just to see if it would go through and nothing. Now when I try to send it will it will not allow me due to unconfirmed transactions

If you look at your first TX here[1] you can see that you send coins back to yourself. That is called change. You use this change in your next TX, and in turn in your next etc. Thus they will all confirm once the first is confirmed. The 1st TX however does not pay a fee so it will take a while (as in days).
