Please make a proper report.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

You didn't find it suspicious that his email address was "icynudes@gmail.com"? This person traffics in what is most likely stolen pictures of young women.

To be honest haven't check anything regarding so, saw an old account for a 13$ paypal trade with no negative trust, I thought it was going to be a fair trade. Ain't getting into this anymore. And there'r random trolls with randoms email addy's.

If you are going to trade with anyone without escrow (and really even with escrow) then you really should at the very least Google any information that you have on that person (eg forum handle, Skype handle, email address, name, ect) as scammers will often reuse email addresses and names so you might find a scam accusation elsewhere on the Internet.

If the search results associated with that email address should make you not want to trade with that person is another question...although it probably should at least have made you take some kind of additional precautions.

given that, the possibility that he refunded you only so he could get the -ve rating removed and try to scam again for bitcoin or paypal after verifying that account should be considered. the red trust shouldnt be removed imo, even with the refund.

theres nothing here. message me if you want to put something here.

I removed mine. Why someone does something is speculation, I dont see evidence that this was intended.

I think, he deserves the negative to be removed. But some netrual trust about this  unwanted loan I gave him for abou 20 hs... he didn't say anything about what happen. Either honorated the deal.

IMHO thats a feedback you should give them. You two had a deal, if you consider them untrustworthy because of this its perfeclty fine to leave them a negative rating. Link to this thread, say that you get your money in the end, but I took a long time etc. It allows others to read up on this in the future.
