It is still very advance for a common man to adopt and understand fully how Bitcoin works and how safer it is.I have had discussion with quite few people but they have some kind of reservations like always every new thing is being suspiciously.I hope and confident that in new future more and more people will start using Bitcoin.

It is very natural reaction of people showing some fear and lack of trust in Bitcoin.Actually every new thing pass through this process where one group of people embrace it immediately,second group just reject and third adopt the policy or wait and see.Many people still are watching it with curiosity and same time have will to start it using.There is nothing serious to be worried about that why people still are not using Bitcoin fully.

Yeah and I think we should keep on telling them every now and then about bitcoin, and it can divert their mind and may be they will start taking positively. |

Some people just cant embrace change, right?  Probably these kind of people are the ones who are stuck in their comfort zone. Most of them are claiming that bitcoin is "lame", "scam", or smth like that simply because it's done online. They think that bitcoin is all about deep web and all those creepy stuffs that you don't want to know. |

I don't see any weakness in bitcoin, and if you think that price volatility is weakness of bitcoin then I think you are wrong, as its an opportunity to make quick profits. |

People don't use bit coins because most of them don' t know exactly what it is or the value of it maybe they don't even know how to use it. I think people are afraid to use it because they don't know much about it and you need to buy it with money, and money is there everything.
Why pay with bit coins if you can pay with cash and have more warranty.

The thought of not using a currency one grew up on. That's probably one of the many reasons. It's all they all know.
I doubt it. Hundreds of millions of Europeans are forced to use a currency they didn't grew up on. That doesn't stop them from using it, although I don't know anybody who liked the switch. |

People don't hold sufficient information related to bitcoin and that is creating an issue here, if they are educated in proper way then they will start using it. |

i think it is because some are afraid of the new things to learn. You will need to understand it. More to learn. Some just want to live on what they have. And dont want anymore to learn what is this and what is that.

Someone hold some btc and got scammed , after that they stop using bitcoin.
And i am often asked to my friend about "bitcoin " , they simply answer " i don't interested".
Maybe people don't want to use digital thing . It's just matter of time to make these people come back again to bitcoin world.

That was because the government forced the switch of the currency... No, people didn't like it. But if America dropped the USD and forced people to use BitCoin, people wouldn't like it either... But it should happen. |

Try explaining BitCoin to your Grandmother... Good luck... For sure if I will explain bitcoin to my grandma she will be crazy on the things and terms that I will going to tell her about bitcoins. And that's why people are stopping from using bitcoin, is that they don't really understand it. |

I think it will be very hard to let elderly learn the bitcoin. |
