Yes indeed some people do not understand the bitcoin system, but I think it's not going to stop people using bitcoin. Because in my opinion although bitcoin still has shortcomings will be more and more people use it. And the only thing that can stop people using bitcoin is if bitcoin turn out to be a scam

Most people are reactionary, they will all jump onto bitcoin but only when it is too late. Look at any state that goes into hyperinflation, by the time they want to get things like gold it is way too late.

It's the same as safety. often an accident needs to happen before safety is considered even if it was obvious at the time that these safety features should have already been there.

Agree because that happened to me. Not taking risks. Askig people first and not using my own choices. I guess that is happening also to those who want to come in or invest but cant due to wanting safety first.

That's the main problem in the bitcoin right now, a lot of people who are not responsible for destroying the good name of the bitcoin. I'm also very upset to the users of the bitcoin, just think of the profits without looking at the impact that exist when they do something

lack awareness is one of the reasons but i think the bigger issue is the negative awareness. which means the negative way that the media is showing bitcoin as. when an average person hears about bitcoin in this way they get scared and they would just stay away, because that is easier thing to do.

We can't really blame them for being like that since that trait can also be seen as some kind of a 'defensive mechanism' in terms of our assets since some people really just don't want to risk their assets in something that isn't a sure thing to give profit.

Upon seeing the over-all population that uses bitcoin, the total sum of all is just 3 million(seeing this in article on reddit) It means there's not even 1% of our current population in the world that aren't aware bitcoin really exist.

That is really the main reason why people are not using bitcoin and they are not coming to the point that they are stopping. In the beginning they are really not using bitcoin. Because they don't know how to use, how to obtain it and what really it is. So, the world must be educated about bitcoin and let them adopt it so that they can enjoy the use of it.

It's not about knowledge it's just about lack of advertising for bitcoin into our community, and a lot of people having a problem with the limitations of internet connections. never feeling a surprised when anytime you will get someone does not know about bitcoin.
