Betcoin is the most popular bitcoin poker site atm IMO, but there are other sites like swcpoker, pokershibes and nitrogen.
Regarding the bonus, I'm not really sure about it because I do not really like bitcoin poker and prefer to play on fiat poker, so you can ask them by yourself or visit their official thread in this forum.

LuckyFlop has nice bonus offers in the form of many freerolls and points freerolls, 2000mbc rakebake welcome bonus. It also has 500mbc for hitting a Royal flush and for taking a bad beat. Over all I like the site, hopefully in time it gets more players and the offers will be even better as the admin is one of the goodens.

Yeah i heard some poker site have some bot and on swc i never play with ai or comp that's why swc is my favorite poker site
