Update on the Issue:

We've noticed that 1 out of every 30 orders or so are failing and we've been struggling to figure out why, based on our code everything seems fine.

This morning, we have found a bug in Dwolla's code. I'm happy to say that Dwolla's devs are working on it right now as we just got off a chat with them about it:

Anybody knows different service that provide exchange from dwolla to Bitcoin?
Bitinstant pisses me off with their failed transactions

Do you have a failed order want me to look at?

If on the off chance your order fails, we have support threads here and someone answers within an hour usually.
