i would ask 20 millibits per hour.
are you looking for a texas hold'em multiplayer program?
if so, would you want it no limit?
would you want regular tournaments?
are you going to provide free bitcoins to gamble with at all?
you should know, online gambling in us is illegal. are you from us?

I thoughts playing with bitcoins is no gambling in the US.
Due to the fact that Bitcoin isn't a currency there

it's only legal if the currency isn't tied to dollars or labor. and since the primary way to acquire bitcoins in the USA is to work for them or pay for them with preexisting cash, that generally makes it illegal.  the only way usa players can gamble on your site is if they used btc money from a faucet.
