Imagine a game like monopoly where instead of monopoly money you use bitcoins.

What would be the street names?
Could you divide a small amount of coins up in the correct ratios ?
Would you use a smartphone to manage your monopoly holding ?

I imagine the game could come with a bitcoin included  Smiley

You could also do a throwback to the U.S. marines with physical cas bitcoins, where when in a bar you throw down your cas bitcoin, and if the other person does the same you buy them a drink and if not then they buy you a drink... could be fun and good marketing :-)  but do let the marines win if they trump you with the marines coin :-)

Hmmmm, We could do two things, Ripoff/spoof/theme an already created game, Saving us hundreds of hours of work.
Or we can invent a brandnew physical bitcoin game.

I'd like to think that the first option would be easier, But i think not, copyright and the likes... And atop of that, It would look Really Cheesy to just slap on some bitcoin related devices and labels like a built in QR code scanner and a bunch of mononpoly bills/creditcard looking things with codes on them.

But then comes the problem and questions of "will they need a seperate device to interface with our game?, Will we make and sell one to do that?"
If were doing some kind of Create to Sell bitcoin promotion game, Then think we could go for something like a game where players try to "infect" or "infulence" people on in the "world" to use bitcoins instead of things (for a difficulty scaling) rocks, Shiny metal, Furs, Weapons, clothing, coins or shiny rocks for trade. This inturn would create a "pyramid" of "followers, or infected" who give you Intrest that you use to create/build more things to help you move about the world, and do various tasks easier and with more effeciency.

Eh? Players would each "dropin" an amount of btc to enter the game, From then on, It'd be gambling to stay alive and not have your "people/followers" "influenced" or die off from things like "An EMP hit your northern coast, Currency is offline up there!" (Think of it like an arcade machine, That way its not Actually gambling, Btc is not money)

I play bitcoin hold 'em and blackjack with friends and family, and it is somehow much more fun than playing with USD Tongue

But the point is that do you do that Physcially? Are you Physically passing around bitcoins to people nearby you, Or is it online?

We just use poker chips, each representing a bitcoin.

And its in person as I'm in the US.
