Not exactly...
I can as well send you satoshi through my bitcoin core wallet and there i have less fees...
I can regulate the fees down if recever is not in a hurry...
I have fees because my satoshi income is often dust...so when I pay out members...I have fees...

Any way...when you ask for a payout...I talk about the fees and you can accept or cancel you request.
Mellowads ask me 50000 satoshi fees...I have to limite the payout because i have each time fees...
Now mellowads is down...I hope not for ever...

it seems it works for you because I see you after the previous message.

So far after such message...it was always typping errors from the users or from users who are noobs on U2 system.
Generally:
tipping error with keyboard
or often users write the antibot number and not the password if they buy capshares or comshares with vouchers.
It can as well happen that the users tips a "space"
