Good question and I have a answer for it.

you have 2 kinds of dividend.
One kind of dividend goes in your pending next payout balance.
one kind of dividend is reinvested by the system and goes in free shares and repectively vip shares.

A dividend or a re-investment dividend is always 0.1%

These pots do increase depending on incomes.
If more then 5000 satoshi in a pot...dividend and reinvestment dividend are offered and deducted from the pot.

Dividend pot and Re-investment pot increases and decreases together,but it could change if the system allows more for a pot.But since october 2015 it is so.

I recall that pending investment balance is in fact your "simple free shares balance".
Pending investment balance grows after a reinvestment dividend.
But you can see that you have as well  fidelity bonuses.

you will have 5000 ubonds but you have then never made profit.
you decide once you have 5000 ubonds to sell.

Using the right words is very important:
But perhaps i have not correct updated.
Codshares have nothing to do with cpu.
It was planed so...but only planed and now completly aside cpu.
I will check and see if some words about have not been erased.

Only monero mining has to see something with CPU.
And it is only if you want and you have to set your cpu level your self.

One minute or so daily mining is enough to earn miner shares and sometimes Xtracash.
Ok you will then certainly never earn for mining or for contest...but at least you got something for almost no mining.

About comshares or capshares.
Any way you have to spend your vouchers because your claim possibilities are frozen if you have more then 5000 satvouchers.
