If his quality is good, he could join Bit-X which have no minimum or maximum posts per day or week or month. He could wait for a few more weeks to become a Full Member. By the time, Bit-X should have some free slots for Full Member. They are paying more than what he is asking - 0.0007 BTC per post.
Not everyone can participate on bit-x campaign. Now bit-x enrollment is manual and the user who wanted to enroll should must be accepted by marco.
And marco review the user posts and then make decisions. Since I just saw this user post quality and found not that good. So it is not fixed that the user will get enrolled when he became full member
Agree with you. That is why I say if his quality is good and tell him to wait for a few more weeks. In other word ... I am telling him to make more while he is still a member.
