I guess your service will be super successful if you do it right. My ideas of what might go wrong:

• The competition will have a nicer site online faster than you
• You run into legal fun over not paying taxes or child porn on your site

There is always that possibility but I figured why not go out a on a limb and give it a go first mover type thing!

Taxes will be paid on any revenue earned. The site is monetized based on advertising right now.  We can prevent child porn for now because everything is manual for the moment just
for that reason but good point!

She is doing pretty good so far over $5+ earned for her so far (1) video clip and is in the process of making a few more. Stay tune and thanks for the support!

edit: another one should be popping up very soon!  I'll see if we can do " free teasers"  although I think the lowest coinupload goes is 1 cent?  so not totally free...

You should manually approve accounts but everything else should be manual.

Very nice site! I had the same idea today, to find you guys already did it and made a very nice job of it :-).

I'm curious, how many files do you get per day? Do you have any other stats?
