The HP (Highscore Point) is a way of keeping track of participation in this game. You can see the list of current HP holders at http://www.bitcoinmeetups.org.

You currently get 10 HP by voting. Here is today's option, choose one:

a) My neighbor is watching
b) You are a comedian
