I will post the full details and discussion transcripts later, right now it's a bit difficult since I'm posting from my phone. I have spent a month trying to get him to pay what he was supposed to, and all he's done is fabricate absurd stories about how the bank must've lost it. Now he is simply hiding.

he also lied about having an OTC rating at the time if the transaction to get me to send first. I was knew and didn't know what OCT was then and was desperate for money so I foolishly agreed. now I can't renew my car insurance because of this dirtbag.
