Probably the Ukrane President (although I'm just guessing) All enemies must shake hands if they are to ever make amends and peace is better for everyone, everyone wins. No?

Can you explain why? Whose hand is Putin shaking?
It's so-called president of Ukraine. Ukrainian (p)residential administration banned this image. But recenly one of ukrainian TV channels decided to ignore this instruction and published it. As the result, criminal investigation was started against them. This seems like Orwellian kind of history alternation.

ZOG will erase some part of popolation in Ucraine, look at the prices of work there, people is living with about $ 45 at Month salary. Artificial ZOG famine in this part of former Russian Empire. And You are talking ablut Internet, they are watching shit TV, some sort of DPRK with a great number of foreghn chanels banned on terrestrial distribution. A boom of Satellite TV there, for watching Russian and European channels.

I can't imagine why the President of Ukraine would shake Putin's hand and then make any evidence of their meeting illegal. It seems a little odd to me that he would directly do something and then cover it up with petty laws unless his advisers are in disagreement with his current actions OR if the meeting went poorly.

The picture was banned by the Ukrainian president himself, as he feared that the other neo-Nazis (such as the SNA, Right Sector and the Svoboda) will use it to portray him as "pro-Russian". I am not sure what happened after the TV channel published it. Did they got banned? Or did some of their employees got killed by the Right Sector (as happened with some of the pro-Russian journalists in Ukraine)?

It is funny to ban things like photos or music in this age of information. You cannot make this unseen, basically. Your bans will only portray you as a dumb politician.

The picture shows the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko shaking hands with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, watched by Führerin Angela Merkel, the Chancellor of Germany. The picture was taken during the Minsk Talks, held in Belarus (Feb. 11, 2015), which resulted in a ceasefire agreement being signed between the Kiev junta and the Donbass rebels.

Police came to their office, blocked the working process and then held seizure of documents. If you're ukrainian (p)resident, then such actions are expectable on the way of turning your country into another american democrazy.

ROFL... that word is no longer used in germany ;-) not forbidden but some strange kind of self-censorship. it made me a good laugh when i read your post.

Pathetic! Not a day goes by without the Americans and their puppets accusing Russia and Iran of "suppressing" media freedom. Are they not aware of these incidents? I am sure that in Russia and Iran, such an incident can never happen without a very negative reaction from the general public. Here it seems that even the public has become mute.
