Selling my Diablo 3 account.

Let me know your offers

Uhh..how can anyone accurately offer an amount when they have no idea whats on the account? Or is there nothing on the account?

For example..if I were to sell my account I would say: WTS lvl 70 Mage - Top Gear - 22m Gold!

Or something along those lines. Always remember to give the most info as physically possible!

According to the eula is it permitted?
Can the email of the account be transferred to a new one?

One can retrieve the new password with that email.

One must look into those....

The sale of basically any MMORPG account (okay 98% of them) is not permitted. Just try 3rd party gold sellers.

Yes, the email can be changed.

However, the account (just like any game account) can be reset/retrieved by the seller by simply saying he forgot his password to his account and email or lost email access, or even say he got hacked. Bottom line, he can use any excuse in the book to get it back. How you ask? Simple. He emails support with his excuse, along with the games serial key, original signup information like: first/last name on account (which in D3 cannot be changed) original email, original mailing address and possibly more depending on how strict they are.

What I mean is that I would be selling my Diablo 3 game. Since the serial is tied to my battle.net account then I would simply be selling the person my account. I don't know anything about retrieving the account back or anything like that. I originally had Starcraft 2 which I used for a bit and then eventually sold it to someone else in the same manner.

The reason for selling Diablo 3 is that I simply don't play the game anymore so if someone is looking for Diablo 3 and does not care about using my battle.net account then we can make a deal.
