Can you at least prove that you are the original owner, instead of an illegal reseller? (I would assume the original owner would forbid the reselling of his product.)

The least you could do is add a bit of text at the bottom of the page that you linked us to, saying that bitl0ck on BitcoinTalk is the owner or something like that that could prove you are the original owner. |
