He has hit the nail right on the head... Mobile money transfers has made real progress in Africa, but they are still run on centralized cellphone networks. The mobile phone networks

still has the key to the door, where Bitcoin needs no keys. You could effectively replace these centralized networks with free internet service in these countries and substitute say,

M-Pesa with Bitcoin for money transfers. Whatever the network... the future of money are changing... Roll Eyes Well done Chris... good presentation.  Grin
