Hi,

I have been checking all the exchanges and is there an exchange I can fund with moneybookers/pokerstars/fulltilt?

Buying BTC seems to be difficult still:)

Try #bitcoin-otc in IRC, maybe someone will take the trade there.

I did, but you need to upload some key to some server and wait 7 days. The people there are convinced that adds to the security .........

I'll just reiterate what I said in the previous post:

Buying Bitcoin or MTGox USD usd for Pokerstars USD / Moneybookers Euro (or Full tilt USD if preferred). I can link to various forums on which I have an account way older than the 7 days the OTC asks for.
