I don't think Russia and China fight together. I also don't think US and EU fight together. World War is too expensive and big countries don't want to involve as we can see the miniature example in Middle East. They used refurbished countries as lab rats. They don't want to hurt their economy.

The European Union member states such as Germany and the United Kingdom are not capable of taking part in major armed conflicts. The armed forces there are very under-trained and unequipped. The only European nation which had a viable armed forces was Greece. But as a result of the financial crisis, the situation there is also not looking that good.

France wouldn't be fucked up by any kind of WW3. Who would risk getting nuked just to get Paris? We have no resources of value so there is no reason to attack us. Especially considering the fact that we have 600 nuclear bomb waiting for an order.

No civilians win, this is the true of any war, only millions of people get killed and countries is destroyed. The only winners are some politicals and some major companies that works in rebuilding field

IMO the forces which wage war against each other will not be devided like in OP's question. Most likely there will be another kind of war and I think those who will be on one side with the USA have the most chances to win.

Maybe some are now focusing on survival than the war itself. Perhaps Russia is trying to work out a plan how they would survive the attacks. Surviving more than just simply offensive.

Actually, I'm honestly of the opinion that there wont be a World War 3. It's been years since there was the last war and the World Governments have Peace organizations have united to help countries interact with each other and deal situations calmly. Honestly, the idea of discussions of a World War 3 happening shouldn't be taken too strongly, it's not something that can happen out of the blue considering how each country has economic ties and political ties.

You mean we have no nuclear submarines? Oh wait! Yes we have! We got 7 nuclear submarines able to "drop these nukes on ennemies" as you say, from anywhere in the world. Currently there isn't any point on this planet where we couldn't drop a bomb, except maybe you know the very center of the USA, I don't know how far they can launch the bombs.

Oh and we also have some stealth air bombers that I think might be able to drop somes too, but as you say lots of countries have very sophisticated air defense so I'm less sure of that. But as we don't need it anyway...

And you're still not recognizing that it's a bit inconsiderate saying Greece had the only decent army. I don't know where you found this info but it's real big bullshit
Greece spend 4 billions on its army whereas France and UK spends respectively 40 and 43 billions on there armies, which makes us the two most powerful armies of Europe, Germany having a really decent one with 33 billions of budget.

Let them join the NATO. Already they are behaving like they are default members of the NATO. These two nations are pretty useless. Their army is inexperienced and they do not possess advanced military equipment. That means that NATO might need to supply these countries with training and equipment, which will incur additional expenses.
