How to start a gambling website with just an idea, and no coding experience?

So I've posted in this thread many times already and have yet to found any answers:

My question is this:
How would one go about starting a partnership with someone if we think we have a really really good idea for a new site that, I personally think, would make a lot of profit and people would love?  The idea is a new sports gambling website that has never been tried before.  I'm confident in that... because I've looked everywhere and no one has come up with this game yet.

Please, if anyone knows anybody who would like to form a partnership... let me know.  I couldn't just pay someone to code a website for me neither, because I currently live in the U.S. and legally the government won't allow me to host a site like that.

A tricky situation. While I personally don't think that ideas in themselves are worth much, but I guess what I'd do in your situation is apply for a patent on it. At least then you can speak freely about it (and importantly, sell the idea. Even if it's the best idea in the world, it'll be hard to convince people it's worth anything) and then go and license or sell it to someone who is too legitimate to just blatantly steal it.

yeah most of us cant pay to coders for this stuff cause this is business not just a faucet to code in a day and advertise.
if you dont have coding experience then why not learn and in some months you can also add a a couple of new ideas and launch your thing with much less expenses.
last but not the least we have seen legendaries scamming ...who can you trust and that too from other country ?

I wouldn't be able to trust my self how to code the site, because I would think a lot of learning and security measures would have to be taken, and honestly I just don't have the time. I'd be willing to supply the idea and market it for some portion of the profit, but I would agree to terms with the dev to earn a majority of the profit since he is the one mainly doing all the work and hosting.

I just need to be able to find a way to, I guess, patent my idea so I can talk freely about it. Also I have a pretty good amount of coin to work with, but not much right now... I know it takes a lot of investment.. But the site won't need a "bank" since its PvP, so all of the initial investments would go into just coding and hosting... Later, I would imagine needing to subtract some of my "profit" to start funding campaigns... But the main issue as of now is to get a patent.

There's a lot of guides online to the process, they'll cover it far better than I ever could. As for the legality, I'm rather certain that it's not going to have an impact on your patent application.

you could post a hiring ad on public forums like here and reddit and look for people with coding experience and also the ability to set up the gambling site without any legal issues.

then you can choose the trusted one and work with him. also you can make a joint account or something like that to put the money in which needs both of you to access, so no one can scam the other person.

If you have a idea which you're so sure about then why not just go ahead and implement it ? As far as government is concerned I don't think they really care as long as you stay low key .Host a website from a remote server like somewhere from serbia or any other country .You really don't need partners if you have that initial investment .Go ahead,take a risk you sound very confident about the idea.Everything thing will unfold as you start ,JUST START! Learn coding if you have to its easy.Hire a freelancer if you think maths is not your cup of tea .

there is no such thing as gambling coding!!!
just check to see in what language are the websites being coded (php, ....) i mean the most popular one that is used more often.
then start learning that code with focus on creating a website. the rest is mostly copying an already ready script and changing it to your liking. you can either find a free script or buy one cheap.

start with codecademy ..try to finish all the courses ,move on to khan academy and then do some of your own projects ,google and youtube are your friends. Learn more and start searching github about your plan.
there is no big difference for casino coding ...go github.
