"Court orders the IOTA Foundation to refrain from further making available and reproduction of copies of the computer program IOTA, in the form of source code or any other format"

https://cleaniota.notion.site/Copyright-leak-dd624561616747fcbfcc997cec6a99f0

tl,dr: Sergey Ivancheglo is suing the IOTA foundation and alleging, among other things, that IOTA is unfairly using his work in the source code of IOTA and the court has upheld his claim and issued basically a cease and desist, but in copyright terms, and IOTA has to pay his legal fees. 🤘🍿

Is there any deadline for token migration?

I think the deadline was somewhen in April this or last year. I missed it too...

Now i run into a problem: i have about 35000kiota on a wallet and can't access them since with the migration i need at least 1miota to migrate it. The old wallet isn't working. I have nearly 1miota on a faucet, but it needs some time until i reach the withdrawal limit. But then again i can't withdraw them since i have no public key, because i can't access to my wallet. I still have the seed, just not the public key... Is there any possibility to get the 35000kiota migrated to the new network?
Would be very nice, since it's nearly nothing, but for me it's much, because i only claim faucets and i'm collecting cryptocurrency on that way :/

Sorry for asking something that might have been asked before (possibly many times) but I was an ICO investor in this and actually cashed out a couple months before Iota launched on the first exchange (whatever it was.)  Sold my stakes on the OTA chat.  Anyway, I doubt I kept a "few" miota or anything, but I'd like to check.

Is there a way to check my really old seed?  Firefly isn't finding anything when I import my keys, but I'd at least like to see my old transactions.  I know I've kept all my keys, but I can't figure out how to update them to the current iteration of Iota.  Thanks.

A Personal Quote on BTT from 2011:
"I'd be willing to make a moderate "investment" if the value of the BTC went below $2.00.  Otherwise I'll just have to live with my 5 BTC and be happy. :/"  ...sigh.  If only I knew.

You miss some migrations before crysalis swap:

Curl and Moonpay ones.

Now your "few" miotas are in hands of Iota Fundation.

I don't think I did.  I remember the first migration and the block post mentions a final one in 2017.  I remember going through the 2017 migration and after that cashing out.  I should have just made the cut off, unless there was another transition after 2017 not referenced in that blog post.

AKA They stole the funds of many investors who planned on cashing out.

IOTA devs stole from angel investors and locked up the funds with a bunch of excuses following it.

IOTA is a scam. DO NOT INVEST.

I'm following IOTA project as think that decentralized decisions for IoT are really prospective and that's why a little bit disappointed that plans on Coordicide IOTA 2.0 which should make IOTA really decentralized are shifted from 2022 to a later date.

Even while I see some good news like project of smart water meters in Australia it looks like Gaia-X project in Europe is having some troubles and it is not the best time for IOTA now.

Hope the situation will improve and we'll see new decentralized ideas for IoT from IOTA implemented.

In development of real time carbon footprint tracking solutions Iota cooperating with Dell Technologies. What is imoprtant for me is that crypto projects more and more often enter most actual problem solving cooperations and do make some good products for entire world, even if these projects are still tiny.
