Advanced API
The advanced api uses realitime signaling to allow endless posibilities of programability. Please familiarize yourself with SIGNALR, WEBSOCKETS or NODE.JS before starting your project. The websocket url is wss://www.banx.io:8080 only secure connections are allowed.

The http api uses standard querytring and headers to perform various operations on the site and returns JSON formatted data. If you only need to pull data please use the simple api, real-time updates please use the WSSR api.
Please note HTTP API V2 is now depreciated and will soon be retired.

Thanks for this info Bizzyb. I didn't know that they were closing the banx.io exchange, I looked about my account and saw that only have few banx shares. I made few trades in this exchange, and withdrawed all the other coins few weeks ago. Do you know how to withdraw the banx shares?

Not yet, I'm waiting to see their update about that as they are moving to the BitShares network.

why would they waste time with converting banx to bitshares? I mean those shares are worthless without an actual revenue generating company.

I think that now banx shares only can be bought or sold (at limited price, because the ipo) on banx exchange, what about bitshares? There are more exchanges where we can trade with them? Or the bitshares network is only project, isn't finished and we will have nothing?

bitshares is a decentralized exchange. if there are banx shares buyers (unlikely) you can trade them for either bitshares, bitusd or any other supported currency. CCEDK is offering some offramps (btc, eth and more) if you want to convert. bitshares are traded on every major exchange though

banx is on hold for trading cant sell them for BTS at this time. At least I could not. Got a red Banx hold message then I tried to trade for BTS.    I'm assuming I won't get squat out it. So getting anything later will be an improvement to me.
