Yes that is true i will do agree with you that kind of offer won't get attention from people to waste their for this long waiting offer where they have to wait for 10 day to get paid there.

You could've atleast set the bounty to a reasonable 0.0005 btc per day, thus 0.0005 * 10 days = 0.005 btc.
Someone might be interested in this.
Or if you really want to set on a lower bounty then do not ask for a 10 day long service, no one has that time (even if it does requires only 4 minutes/day) for such small amount.
