You may want to code/get an upload script, and then get a website. You're pretty disorganized at the moment; I wouldn't even know what the price is. Despite what anyone says, customers like having a set pricing plan, and having things automated (so that they don't have to wait). A script would take care of a lot of possible issues.

40€ for all. 3 ip 32gb memory 4core cpu. i am using it for remoteapp in working hours. i want to use for dl/ul on freetime. i configure a vps as web hosting panel. im thinking to do a website for movie straming but i cant decide a domain name yet
