You mean it can't accept USD?  Cause there are plenty of stores that accept Bitcoin.

it would be very limited, it's better to have all the options and do a discout for things that you buy with bitcoin, by doing this you will encourage "fiat joe" to use bitcoin

The more payment methods you implement to this store,
the more users you will have, and you should motivate the clients to use bitcoin.
If they purchase something by bitcoin offer something like cash back for 3% like gyft does.

Well Openbazaar will work exactly like this. Only Bitcoin will be accepted. But that's not an online store, it will be a peer to peer marketplace.

Online store would have difficulties operating only by accepting bitcoins since it would must have enough customers to survive. This still can't be the case in my opinion. In the future we all hope this will change.

It's cool that Bitcoin is accepted but it depends on what you sell, virtual goods can be a good niche. But other than that I think it's better to accept as many methods of payments as possible of course.

It's great to see, especially site which can purchase anything with bitcoin, like eBay bitcoin version.

Well i think openbazaar will bring a bitcoin marketplace to be mainstream.

Limitations will make online store not working properly anymore and thus all you will face is some shortage of online customers to your website.
