sorry if this is not the right forum.
the support link from the armory
website  directs to the top level of
this forum im blind and use
screen reading software either jaws
or nvda, depending on the  computer.
both have problems with armory.
nvda doesnt read anything in   the
main widow, and just says -about-
over and over again when the cursor
is  placed anywhere in the in menus
on the top of the window.  jaws
sometimes can deal with the content
of the main windows but this seems
somewhat  chrandom.  jaws works
sometimes but not all time time.

could you please try running nvda
with armory to verify and possibly
try debug this?  nvda is free and can
run as a live program without
installation.

just a quick check to verify this
behavior?

i really think something is amiss with
armory because this is the first prog
ive used that totally tripped up both
of the most popular screen readers.

thanks for looks into this.

ps i use a 40char braille display but
this is handled by the screen reader
so shouldn't be a problem on your end
but the display is out of sync with
what either of the readers say.  this
is really unusual so i really think
something is funny in armory.

oh, and nvda is written in python just
like armory, and the nvda addons are
also python.

thank you.

What OS are you using Armory + NVDA on?

You want to ask the NVDA team if their software is compatible with Qt4 on your OS.
